Downloadable Embroidery Design Terms of Use

The license for the embroidery design that you are downloading allows you to sew the design, and use the result in the following manners: personal use, donations to charity, gifts, and sale for profit. This license prohibits resale, trading, sharing, and distributing of the embroidery file. The design file may not be distributed in any format, or by any method. You are allowed to edit the design in any manner that you choose, but the edited design file also may not be distributed, shared, or sold.

Violation of the Terms

You understand and agree that in SunBlossomCreations.com's sole discretion, and without prior notice, SunBlossomCreations.com may terminate your access to the Site, to any services offered on the Site, and remove any unauthorized User Content, if SunBlossomCreations.com believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with the Terms or with the intention behind them, or that you have violated the rights of SunBlossomCreations.com, another User, or the law. SunBlossomCreations.com may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity.
