Machine Embroidery Software License

The following license applies to all SunBlossom Creations machine embroidery designs and software. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. By using this machine embroidery software, you agree to the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of the license, do not purchase or use this software.

1. LICENSE: This license permits you to use the purchased software at one location only. You may use this software to embroider on items sold in a commercial setting. The sale or any other transfer of a copy of the software is a violation of copyright law.

2. COPYRIGHTS: The machine embroidery designs and software are owned and copyrighted by SunBlossom Creations and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. You may not copy the software except: a) you may make one copy of the software for back-up or archival purposes and b) you may transfer the software onto a hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: You may not rent or lease the software. You may permanently transfer the software provided that you transfer this license and the software together, do not retain any copies of the software, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: SunBlossom Creation's liability and your exclusive remedy for a defective product shall be replacement of the defective software within 60 days of purchase.

5. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: In no event shall SunBlossom Creations be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, damaged goods, etc. arising out of the use or loss of use of the software, even if SunBlossom Creations has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
